Plan Ahead for Your Registration 💡
Fast Facts:
- All waves open at 10am Mountain Time.
- At our Festival, participants register for individual events rather than purchasing a day pass.
- All registration is completed online.
- Once registration is open for you, it remains open through the Festival.
- Most events have a capacity limit of 12 people, so if there are particular events you would like to attend, register early to secure your spot(s).
- While it is not required to register early, we highly recommend it as some events sell out quickly, often before general registration opens.
- Events are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All of our events have the option for a waitlist. If an event is full, the option to join the waitlist appears. As spots in the full event open up, all folks on the waiting list, regardless of when they joined, will receive an email notifying them of the first-come, first-served availability. At that point, those still interested in the event can sign up (as availability allows). You will not be charged for the event until you secure a spot.
- You can track registration progress and see which events are filling up on our Events with Space Page (updated the day before each new wave opens).
- Need help? Email is the fastest way to reach us, as our phone line gets very busy, and we are able to assist more quickly with links, etc. via email.
- Registration opens to the public on April 13, 2026 at 10am Mountain Time. Links to register will be found on our website.
Best Ways to Prepare:
- Review our cancellation and transfer policy.
- Practice logging into your account (or creating an account) beforehand.
- Double-check the meeting locations on the event descriptions before adding events to your cart, especially if you are unable to provide your own transportation (read our FAQ page for more info).
- Most events take place at an altitude of 9,000-11,500 ft above sea level. Some people may experience being light-headed and/or a feeling of “being out of breath” when they first arrive in Crested Butte. Plan an extra day to acclimate or register for less strenuous events if you are not used to activity at this elevation.
