Cancellations and Refunds

All 2021 event cancellations and Refund Requests must be made by midnight on Friday, June 25th. 

Pre-Festival Events
Events

Cancellations may be made up to two weeks prior to the event.

Festival Events
July 9-18, 2021

Cancellations may be made by midnight (MST) on Friday, June 25th, 2021.

Post-Festival
Events

Cancellations may be made up to two weeks prior to the event.

All cancellations made by midnight on Friday, June 25th, 2021, will be eligible for a refund, minus a $15 fee, per person, per event. We cannot issue refunds for events canceled after June 25th for any reason. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: rain is typical in Crested Butte during the summer months and will not prevent events from going out.  Weather delays may be considered in the event of extreme weather, but are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued due to weather.

 

We reserve the right to modify any event, including substituting the event location and instructor, if warranted. Refunds will not be issued due to event modifications.

 

As availability allows, events may be changed/transferred up to one week prior to the event date.

  • If the event being transferred TO is equal/lower in cost than the event being transferred FROM, the balance, minus a $15 transfer fee,will be refunded to the method of payment.
  • If the event being transferred TO costs more than the event being transferred FROM, a balance, plus a $15 transfer fee, will be due on the difference.
