In light of Covid-19 and the resulting uncertainty many may be experiencing surrounding their summer travel plans, the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival is introducing a Risk-Free Cancellation Policy.

All cancellations made by midnight on July 3rd, 2020 will be eligible for a FULL REFUND regardless of reason for cancellation. NO CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CHARGED

As availability allows, events may also be changed up to one week prior to the event date.

  • If the event being transferred TO is equal/lower in cost than the event being transferred FROM, the balance may be used as a credit for other events.
  • If the event being transferred TO costs more than the event being transferred FROM, a balance will be due on the difference.

Please note: rain is typical in Crested Butte during the summer months and will not prevent events from going out.  Weather delays may be considered in the event of extreme weather, but are not guaranteed. Please prepare accordingly.

Festival event purchases are risk-free. You may cancel, no questions asked, for a full refund at any point up to 2 weeks prior to your event. However, Travel and Trip Cancellation Insurance is an inexpensive way to protect the rest of your investment (such as travel and hotel expenses) in the event of illness/injury/family emergency. Seven Corners offers a plan called “RoundTrip” for travelers who live 100 miles or more from Crested Butte. They can be reached at 1-800-335-0611 and at: www2.sevencorners.com/trip-protection-insurance.
