The CBWF is seeking a Lead Festival Assistant!
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director & Director, this fun 325-hour, hands-on internship will run from May to July. This intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Festival (both in-person in Crested Butte and at times remotely) in the days leading up to, through, and after the Festival (July 10-19, 2026); working roughly 30 hours per week May 25-July 3, and 40 hours July 6-31. Applicants MUST be available (including weekends) July 6-19.
The CBWF is seeking two Festival Assistants!
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director & Director, this fun 70-hour, hands-on internship will run from July 6-19. Intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Festival in the days leading up to and through the Festival (July 10-19, 2026), working roughly 30-35 hrs/week. Applicants MUST be available July 6-19 (including weekends).
The CBWF is seeking Hike Assistants!
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director & Director, this fun hands-on internship will run from July 10-19, 2026. Festival Hike Assistants attend Festival events and assist our leaders as an extra set of hands, from checking in guests to hiking on the trails. Our ideal candidate is comfortable with wildflower identification and hiking at altitude. Scheduling is flexible throughout the Festival.
