Memberships: While we are unable to offer refunds on Memberships for any reason, we are happy to help you upgrade your Membership at any time! Simply send us an email at info@cbwildflower.com

Events: You may transfer or cancel events for a refund at any point, less a $15 fee per person per event, before June 13, 2026. To cancel an event, please email info@cbwildflower.com with the name(s) of the individual(s) canceling the event and the name(s) of the event(s) you want to cancel. As availability allows, you may also transfer events up to one week before the event date:

  • If the event being transferred TO is equal/lower in cost than the event being transferred FROM, the balance may be used as a credit towards other events or refunded.
  • If the event being transferred TO costs more than the event being transferred FROM, a balance will be due on the difference.

All cancellations & transfers made by June 13, 2026 will be eligible for a refund regardless of the reason for cancellation or transfer, for a fee of $15 per person per event. After this point, we cannot offer a refund for cancellation or leftover from a transfer for any reason.

Adventure Photography Workshops: Full refunds are available until January 31, 2026 (less a $15 administrative fee). After January 31, 2026, no refunds are permitted.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related circumstances, wildfire activity, or impacts from smoke or poor air quality. Rain is common in Crested Butte during the summer and will not prevent events from going out. Weather delays may be considered in the event of extreme conditions but are not guaranteed. Please plan and prepare accordingly, and check local forecasts and air quality reports prior to your event to best prepare for your event.

Wildfire Policy: The Crested Butte Wildflower Festival prioritizes the safety of all participants, staff, and community members. In the event of wildfires, smoke conditions, or related emergency circumstances, programs may be modified, relocated, or canceled at the discretion of festival organizers or local authorities.
To help reduce potential health risks associated with smoke, the Festival will follow these general guidelines based on the Air Quality Index (AQI) as reported on PurpleAir.com:
  • AQI 0–100: No restrictions.
  • AQI 100–150: High-intensity aerobic activities will be avoided. Programming may adjust accordingly.
  • AQI 150+: Air quality is considered very poor or hazardous, and outdoor activity is not recommended. The Festival reserves the right to cancel or significantly modify programming.

Wildfires and associated conditions are beyond the Festival’s control and are treated in the same manner as other weather-related disruptions. As such, the Festival is unable to offer refunds for cancellations, schedule changes, or reduced programming due to wildfire activity or emergency conditions.

Participants are encouraged to plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
