Judith Cassel-Mamet is a mixed media artist and educator. She explores the book form in much of her work, letting the interplay of text, texture, and color create rich and luscious layers. Judith has shown her work at the aBuzz Gallery in Denver, the Carson Gallery, Red Line Gallery and the Abecedarian Gallery. She has taught at the University of Denver, the Art Students League of Denver and independently for many years and was a high school art teacher for much of her early career. Judith has discovered a passion for offering art journal workshops and retreats in magical locations, including Taos and Crested Butte. She promotes a no-fail approach and fills her workshops with creative exploration and fun! Judith is the creator of the Joyful Pages Journal kit, a Travel Journal kit and the Adventure Journal monthly newsletter. Details may be found at www.jcmamet.net.
