Kateri Kramer is a professional illustrator and writer. She grew up hiking in the Colorado Rockies and has always had a thirst for nature and adventure. She loves documenting those experiences, turning memories into artifact with pen, pencil, and page. That’s one of the main reasons that she wanted to become a leader for the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival. Kateri hopes that her classes at the wildflower festival will encourage others to pack along art materials when they go hiking, and document the beauty of nature on the page in an analog way. When she isn’t sketching lakeside, she loves summiting Colorado’s beautiful peaks, practicing pottery, baking, and gravel biking.
